Returns & Refund Policy

At Kuhle Scents, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to love every product you purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and fragrance items), we can only accept returns for products that are damaged in transit or incorrect. Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and remain unopened, unless the return relates to a bottle that got damaged in transit.  

To start a return, please contact us at info@kuhlescents.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by SMS or email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially used items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
