Shipping Policy
At Kuhle Scents, we aim to deliver luxury right to your fingertips — quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation or SMS with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping:
Currently, Kuhle Scents ships within South Africa only.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@kuhlescents.co.za within 2 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
If your package is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to locate it and arrange a resolution.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Kuhle Scents won’t be responsible for delays, lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
